Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To lead and inspire a team of travel consultants in the Holidays and Cruises department, driving daily sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and personally managing high-value bookings to contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to scale daily sales and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
2- High-Value Booking Management
- Handle complex and premium customer inquiries, including long-haul destinations and luxury cruise packages.
- Convert high-value leads into confirmed bookings through expert consultation and negotiation.
- Maintain a personal sales target alongside team leadership responsibilities.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience for premium clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
3- Team Leadership & Perfomance Management
- Guide and coach a team of travel consultants to consistently exceed daily sales targets.
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Deliver ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Motivate and empower the team to achieve and surpass individual and departmental goals.
4- Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of daily sales, team performance, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Optimize workflow processes to enhance team productivity and service delivery.
- Use CRM and booking systems efficiently to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of travel packages.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Industry certifications in travel or sales (e.g., IATA, CLIA) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the travel, holidays and cruise industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Experience working with CRM systems, booking platforms, and other travel industry tools.
- Exposure to fast-paced, target-driven environments with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
