Internship – Amal / Tanweer Programme تنويرأمل -
Foundation behavioural and functional competency-based skill building short-term programme for National university and high school students and graduates.
This program provides training opportunities for National students and graduates from all UAE. We partner with MOHRE and various colleges and universities to accommodate students in different departments within Air Arabia. We strive to ensure students are in the right place to receive best in class training and development activities.
The Programme is a 1 – 8 weeks internship that covers induction, orientation, mentorship, training, and on-the-job learning, giving room to test new ideas.

Technical and Professional Training – Ruwad Programme (Pioneers) رواد
This programme is conducted in line with GCAA certifications and requirements for technical professions. The Programme aims to build a strong cadre of qualified and well-trained professionals and to facilitate a smooth transition of Nationals' participation across all levels of operations.
It offers Nationals the opportunity to obtain professional certificates and licenses, while gaining a paid on-the-job experience. Apprentices that enroll in the program having finished the training modules, are deployed to the allocated business where they are mentored and assessed to continue their criteria-based Competency Progression Plan, until they reach the target level of competence.
The Programme is a comprehensive course that covers induction, orientation, mentorship, training, on-the-job learning, assessments, exams, and licensing and is linked to regulatory requirements
Graduate Trainees–Al Qada/Tamayuz Programme (Leaders)القادة - تميز
“Al Qada/Tamayuz” is a talent building programme designed to further develop leadership competence and capability and it is focused on developing both functional and behavioural competencies.
This programme is targeted at fresh National graduates to incorporate new ideas and incubate young bright minds into the organization and therefore to enable the next generation of National corporate leaders within Air Arabia.
The aim is to provide the best match between the skills and preferences of Nationals and the requirements and opportunities within the organizational units, it also aims at fostering career development and enhancement that enable occupational opportunities.
The program lasts 18 months and focuses on key competencies of the organization. The Programme is a comprehensive platform of training modules and projects that covers induction, orientation, mentorship, training, on-the-job learning, assessments, exams, etc.
