Sounds great, when is my training expected to start?
You will be required to travel to Sharjah, UAE to undergo initial training at Air Arabia’s world class training centre. Initial trainings typically start twice a month. These dates are ever in demand hence we would suggest you communicate your availability at the earliest.
What will be my Initial training plan?
Ground Training (6 weeks)
2 weeks LMS + 10 days ground class
Simulator
Minimum of 5 SIM sessions
Line Training
Minimum 6 flights (12 sectors) Line Training before line check/release.
After Final Line check, you will return to Karachi to start to your flying duties with Fly Jinnah.
What will be my accommodation arrangement and salary during the Training period?
During your ground & simulator training in Sharjah, you will be provided with full boarding accommodation at a business hotel. Transportation will be provided for all training duties. Further, you will receive fixed salary during the training period. After successful completion of training (Line release), you will receive flying allowance as per the flying allowance slab & rates.
As a First Officer, what are my prospects of career progression in Fly Jinnah?
As we believe in the capabilities of our internal talent, our First Officers will be given an opportunity to join the Command Upgrade Program, provided they meet the eligibility criteria and pass the Command Upgrade Assessment.
I am a Captain with previous training experience, will I be considered to become a Trainer?
Yes, we recognize your previous experience and will consider you for Training positions (LTC/TRI/TRE) provided you meet our training standards, pass the internal assessment, and obtain necessary approval from PCAA.
What about the Staff Travel Benefits?
We offer attractive Staff Travel Benefits as detailed below -
Unlimited Standby Tickets on Air Arabia Group’s network: -
- For Married staff, Ticket entitlement for Self, Spouse & 3 children
- For Unmarried Staff– Ticket entitlement for Self, Parents & 2 siblings
One Annual Free Firm Ticket on Fly Jinnah Network after completion of 6 months from joining:
- For Married staff - Ticket entitlement for Self, Spouse & 3 children

MYID Travel Benefit:
- MYID Travel Benefit starts after 6 months of service as per MYID travel policy
- Benefit entitlement for Self, Spouse & children (up to 23yrs)
- Around 45 Airlines are currently included in the MYID Travel Network (Some of which are Emirates, Etihad, Lufthansa, Delta, Air Canada, PIA etc.)
How many days of Paid leave am I entitled to?
You are entitled to the following paid leaves per year, which is applicable after your probation period,
Annual Leave – 30 Calendar days (including public holidays)
Casual Leave - 10 Calendar days (including public holidays)
Sick Leave – 10 calendar days of fully paid Sick leave
Do I get company transport for attending Flight duties in Pakistan?
Yes, company provides transportation for flight duties
Any additional benefits?
Medical Insurance Cover for Self, Spouse and 3 children (under the age of 18 years) who are residing in Pakistan and Life & Accident Insurance Cover for Employee.
