Roadshow overview

Air Arabia is hosting a recruitment roadshow in Pakistan to hire experienced A320 Pakistani Captains. Our recruitment team will be in Karachi on the 6th and 7th of November 2025 for assessment and selection.

Captain Emoluments Part 1

Contract Type: Undetermined period contract

Details of Fixed Salary: (All figures in PKR i.e., Pakistan Rupees)

Boeing Ex-Factored Hours:

For the determination of salary slabs as mentioned above, Captains and First Officers with prior Boeing experience will have their Boeing flying hours in the respective position (Captain or First Officer) factored with a maximum cap of 3,000 hours. Any Airbus family flying hours (A320/321/330) will be added on top of the hours calculated from Boeing experience.

Captain Emoluments- Part 2

Seniority Allowance

CAPTAIN: A Seniority Allowance of PKR 100,000 per month will be payable, effective from the anniversary date of joining (for Captain), any unpaid leave will be excluded from this period. The allowance will increase annually until it reaches a maximum cap of PKR 300,000 per month. Once this cap is reached, no further increases will be made unless amended by the Company. 

TRE/ TRI: A seniority allowance of PKR 200,000 per month is payable on the anniversary date of each release date as TRI or TRE. The anniversary date is calculated from the date of the operational endorsement, excluding any unpaid days. This allowance will increase annually for each respective endorsement until it reaches a maximum of PKR 600,000 for that endorsement, at which point the amount will be frozen

Fuel Card: You will be provided with a pre-paid fuel card to cover your fuel expenses with a maximum expense limit of PKR 50,000/- per month. SIM Card: You will be provided with a post-paid SIM card with a maximum limit of PKR 5,000/- per month. Any usage above this limit will be deducted from your monthly salary.

Captain Emoluments- Part 3

Flying Variable Pay for Credit Block hours:

Above 100 hours  PKR 22,000
  • Duty Hour Pay: Every Duty hour will be paid @PKR 1,000 per actual duty hour (Duration of the Flight Duty from Sign-in to Sign-out).
  • Credit hours for day flights will be paid @ 1 time the credit block hour’s allowance.
  • Credit hours for night flights will be paid @1.3 times the credit block hour’s allowance (Departure from 1830 to 0629 Hours Local time)
  • Working during off days: If you have been called for duty on your rostered day off, you will be paid PKR. 12,000 in compensation in addition to the Flying Allowance.
  • On Board Meal: Free Meal will be provided for the operating crew.
  • End of service Gratuity: For every 12 months of service, Gratuity will be paid equivalent to one-month Fixed Gross Salary including Fixed Flying allowance.

Medical Insurance: You will enjoy a cover for self, spouse and up to 3 children under the age of 18 years who are residing in Pakistan.

Nomintions Present Policy
Unmarried employee

1. Unlimited for self & parents.

2. Four sectors standby for only 2 nominated siblings 

Married Employee 1. Unlimited for self, spouse, children & parents. 2. Four sectors for only 2 nominated siblings.

 

Benefits- Part 2

Annual Free Ticket: One Annual Free Firm Ticket on Air Arabia / Fly Jinnah Network Employees who have successfully completed their 6 MONTHS of service with the company are entitled to avail their free firm ticket self and nominees: 

Nomintions Present Policy
Unmarried employee

One for self & parents and brothers/sisters (only two siblings) (Name of siblings can be updated on the 31 January each year and will not be changed during the year). 

Married Employee One ticket yearly for self, wife & children (Unlimited kids can be nominated) 

MYID Travel Benefit: Effective after 6 months from joining as per MYID travel policy.

Other Airlines Rebated Tickets
An employee is entitled for MYID travel access on completion of 180days of service with the company.
Employees can enjoy the benefit of booking discounted tickets through MYID travel system only for self, spouse and children (below 23yrs).
Payments for tickets purchased on MYID travel system can only be made through Credit card.
Once the employee leaves the organization, his/her access to be deactivated on the MYID travel system

Benefits- Part 3

Paid leave: 30 calendar days per annum

Future Career Opportunity: Subject to completing minimum of 24 months with Fly Jinnah, you will be eligible to apply for P1 opportunities at Air Arabia’s other hubs.

Training Allowances: TRE/TRI /LTC – Trainers will be entitled for additional training allowance for conducting Line Training and/or Simulator Training sessions as follows:

Qualification & Experience

  • Max age: 57 
  • Pakistani Nationals
  • A320 Type Rated
  • ATPL License 
  • Minimum of 6000 Civil Commercial Jet Operation hours
  • At least 1500 hours on A320 as PIC
  • Experience on Airbus aircraft within the last 12 months
  • Valid A320 type rating and IR on the license (minimum 2 months validity at the time of joining)
  • Valid ELP (Level 4 or above)
  • Valid Class 1 Medical
