In collaboration with our exclusive training partner, T3 Aviation Academy, our cadet pilots undergo a rigorous training programme in line with the highest industry standards.
The Airline Pilot Training Programme equips cadets with all the required skills and knowledge to become an A320 Airline Pilot, in support of Air Arabia’s growing list of destinations.
Upon the completion of the cadets’ training contract of 1,500 flying hours with us, they are then, based on the overall competency, afforded the opportunity of continuing with the Group Airlines as full-time / permanent First Officers.

CPL Airline Programme
More recently, we have opened our doors to CPL holders, in support of our growing need for pilots. In collaboration with our training partner, CPL holders can now join the CPL Airline Programme to obtain their A320 Type-Rating and accrue 750 flying hours with the Group Airlines.
Upon the completion of the training programme and based on the overall competency, successful trainees are afforded the opportunity of continuing with the Group Airlines as full-time / permanent Second Officers.

GCAA Flight Dispatcher Licence Training Programme
As the first and only training organisation in the region to provide GCAA Licence for Flight Dispatchers, T3 Aviation Academy trains our Flight Dispatchers using the CBTA model to be work-ready in their role as Flight Dispatchers.
Upon completion of the training which includes practical work experience at our Operations Control Centre, the trainees are awarded with a Flight Dispatcher Licence issued by UAE GCAA and are given an opportunity to be interviewed for work placement within the Group.
