HR Business Partner

Job Purpose
Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to assigned business units by translating their objectives into people strategies that drive organizational performance and a superior employee experience.
Plays a critical role in delivering value-added HR solutions across the employee lifecycle from workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement to performance enablement, change management, and organizational design while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Translates business objectives into actionable HR strategies for assigned business areas to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes that enhance business performance.
- Guides and coaches’ on HR best practices—people management techniques, leadership behaviors and policy application—to elevate leadership effectiveness and consistency.
- Facilitates regular strategic workforce planning discussions to anticipate talent needs and future skill requirements. Works with Talent Acquisition teams to identity critical roles.
- Partner with managers to identify, develop, and retain of high-potential talent within the business. Collaborates with the Learning & Development team to implement training plans and leadership development programs.
- Collaborates with the Organization Development team to implement change initiatives.
- Guides managers & employees through the performance management process to ensure fairness, consistency, and a culture of continuous feedback.
- Address performance gaps and support performance improvement plans in coordination with line managers.
- Leads employee engagement initiatives, implement surveys; analyze results and drive follow-up action plans with business units.
- Advises & counsels on employee relations matters: investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes—ensuring fairness, consistency and legal compliance.
- Actively support and enable change initiatives including restructures, system upgrades, policy rollouts, and culture transformation projects
- Ensures consistent application of HR policies, processes and documentation across assigned portfolio.
- Participates in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and employee experience.
- Analyzes HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and headcount trends to drive data-informed decisions.
- Contributes to the rollout and communication of HR policies, ensuring employee understanding and compliance.
- Carries out people’s management responsibilities effectively in line with company procedures.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, of which at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar advisory role.
- Experience in organizational change, talent development, and performance management.
- Excellent influencing, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills at all levels of management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Digitally Savvy.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action, continuous improvement and delivering business value through people.
