E-Business Specialist

Job Purpose

To monitor the day-to-day activity on the e-business touchpoints and its overall performance to improve the user experience, increasing website traffic and online sales. This role is also responsible for assisting in day-to-day management of all projects related to web or mobile channels. 

Key Result Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day digital projects related to the website or mobile channels, collaborating with appointed suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals.

  2. Lead hypotheses building and A/B testing initiatives to optimize digital channels and improve performance metrics.

  3. Generate comprehensive management reports on key performance indicators, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

  4. Monitor online sales channels (website, mobile applications, etc.) and analyze weekly/monthly reports on online traffic and revenue contribution. Utilize insights to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and recommend solutions.

  5. Implement initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, improving conversion rates, boosting online sales, and enhancing customer experience.

  6. Supervise tag management solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of new and existing tags while adding necessary triggers and variables.

  7. Supervise analytics platforms to ensure accurate data collection and analysis, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize digital channels.

  8. Develop strategies to improve the website's search engine rankings through the latest SEO techniques.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

Educated to a minimum of Bachelor Degree level. 

Work Experience

3-5 years’ experience in a similar position for a high traffic website


Previous experience in managing digital channels, mobile applications and complex projects. 

Proven skills in analysing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending cost-effective solutions. 

Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems (Drupal, Sitecore). 

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics. 

Advanced knowledge of emailing and omnichannel systems and experience launching large scale campaigns. 

Revenue driven, possesses effective persuasive, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills. 

Ability to use a balance of technical expertise, and interpersonal relations to execute new initiatives that support company’s objectives. 

Capability of understanding market trends and channeling them leading to effective customer care solutions. 

Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs.     

Fluent in English and other languages as per Hub requirements
