Job Purpose
An experienced and strategic Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment and onboarding efforts in Commercial, Operations, IT, and Support Services, amongst other areas assigned. This role will be pivotal in driving our ambitious growth agenda by developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies across multiple regions. In addition, this role will require strong experience in onboarding, induction and shared services operations to ensure a seamless candidate to employee transition, and a high-quality candidate experience. The focus will be on targeted approaches, robust networking, close collaboration with stakeholders, and thriving in a high-demanding environment with dynamic needs.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition and onboarding strategies with business objectives.
- Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles based on unique business area needs and challenges.
- Lead dedicated onboarding and shared services programs, ensuring new hires have a structured, engaging and compliant start to their employment.
- Standardize and continually improve onboarding processes across multiple business units to deliver consistent employee experience.
- Oversee shared service functions related to recruitment operations. (pre-employment checks, documentation, system updates, visas, accommodation etc.)
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, HRBP and Organizational Development teams to build robust talent pipeline and align talent planning initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities, managing multiple high-priority recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the end-of-the-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers with candidates to ensure alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
- Track and monitor key metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven insights and technology advancements to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes and outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on recruitment and onboarding efforts.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local and international regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Work Experience

10+ years of related HR experience, of which at least 3 years in senior or lead role within recruitment, talent acquisition or onboarding.

Proven experience in managing onboarding and shared services processes, as well as developing and executing recruitment strategies.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, and best practices.

Experience in onboarding programs, including induction, compliance and coordination with HR teams.

Proficiency in using technology and recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive recruitment and onboarding strategies.

Strong organizational and project management skills; Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical roles.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple high-priority recruitment projects.

Experience in employer branding and promoting a company's employer brand in key markets.
