CoreOps Services Private Limited (a subsidiary of “Air Arabia PJSC”) caters to the global business operations of the Air Arabia group and provides operations support to the Air Arabia parent company as well as its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates worldwide. “CoreOps” focuses on centralizing, standardizing, and streamlining processes for efficient functioning of the business.

Job Purpose

As part of the travel operations team, provide support for travel management services by efficiently handling travel arrangements ranging from flight reservation and ticketing, visa services, travel insurance, after sales support, financial documentation (as assigned). Coordinate with internal teams and utilize systems to ensure cost-effective, seamless travel experiences.

Key Result Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing bookings via systems, airline portals, handling both new ticket purchases and re-issues.
  • Perform reservation tasks, ticket issuance, re-issuing, and modifications as needed.
  • Coordinate and support with internal teams for daily operations.
  • Deliver outstanding traveler care and personalized customer service to corporate clients, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism and expertise.
  • Assist in managing comprehensive travel arrangements for both international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, rail, and visa services, while meeting specific business travel requirements.
  • Be updated on the best routes and cost-saving travel options, prioritizing preferred carriers and finding the lowest available fares.
  • Ensure compliance with financial documentation and reporting standards.
  • Support in preparing receipts for debiting agent ledgers, create and process refund forms for visas and other services.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

For Senior Associate – Any Postgraduate
For Associate - BBA in Aviation or general graduation with 6 months IATA course.
Fluency in English and other languages would be an advantage. 
Customer service-oriented approach with problem-solving skills. 
Ability to  learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). 
Good email and telephone communication skills.
