Job Purpose

Responsible for providing support across various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of HR tasks. This role involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, preparing documentation, employee engagement activities, and updating HR records, while following up with departments to ensure that HR processes are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies. The HR Executive works closely with the other HR team members and department managers to support HR initiatives and ensure consistent communication and coordination across the organization.

Key Result Responsibilities

  1. Manages the full recruitment process for assigned / junior positions, including sourcing, job posting, application screening, interview scheduling, and conducting competency-based selection processes in partnership with HR and Line Managers.
  2. Conducts pre-screening, shortlisting, reference checks, and employment verification for selected candidates, ensuring compliance and eligibility.
  3. Communicates interview outcomes and handles candidate follow-up, preparing and negotiating employment offers in line with company policies and compensation structures.
  4. Organize the logistics for new employee orientations and ensure proper documentation is collected.
  5. Assist in the offboarding process by gathering exit documents, conducting exit interviews for junior positions, and updating relevant records.
  6. Maintain employee records in the HR system and ensure the accurate entry of all data such as employee status changes, promotions, and terminations.
  7. Assist in generating regular reports (e.g., recruitment status).
  8. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other employee-related matters.
  9. Assist with organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, events, and company-wide communications.
  10. Provide support in addressing employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary processes
  11. Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Moroccan Nationality is a must
  • Good English and French 

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in any service industry, particularly in recruitment and employee relations in a mid-sized organization operating on a regional/multinational level.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Competency in pre-screening, shortlisting, and reference checks.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, data entry, and report generation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with candidates, employees, and department managers.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Discretion in handling confidential HR matters.
