Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruitment efforts by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, negotiating with candidates, leveraging technology advancements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a high-demanding and dynamic environment.

Key Result Responsibilities

-    Develop and execute innovative and advanced recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent needs.
-    Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
-    Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
-    Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment activities.
-    Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide timely updates on recruitment efforts.
-    Support and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
-    Utilize data-driven insights and technology advancements to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
-    Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
-    Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
-    Provide a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
-    Negotiate offers with candidates to ensure alignment with company policies and candidate expectations, securing top talent.
-    Leverage advanced recruitment skills and techniques to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent in a competitive market.
-    Independently manage high-volume recruitment and junior to mid-management roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven track record of successfully managing recruitment activities and experience in sourcing & selecting candidates through various channels.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly demanding and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in negotiating offers with candidates.
  • Familiarity with technology advancements in recruitment, such as AI-driven tools and platforms.
  • Advanced user of Excel and power point.
  • Experience in independently managing high-volume recruitment and junior to mid-management level roles.
