Logistics Officer

Job Purpose

To manage and control Fly Jinnah inventory and daily activities including receipt, storage, and release of all the tools, equipment, and spare parts used for maintenance of Fly Jinnah aircraft. Ensures all activities are carried out and recorded in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and as per regulatory bodies’ rules and 
regulations.

Key Result Responsibilities

1. Handles and maintains the “Stores” stock level for the daily demanded items and routine jobs, this includes but not limit to toolboxes and kits, spare parts, wheels, 
batteries, oils, etc.
2. Monitors the stock level of frequently demanded items, such as wheels, batteries, oils, fluids etc. ensuring it is always available as per agreed number.
3. Ensures all items and components are available in place and on time to execute maintenance planned and un-planned tasks and to secure the availability and safe 
release of aircrafts.
4. Carries out daily checks and inspections in storage areas to ensure correct storage conditions are maintained such as Temperature and Humidity Control, safety and 
health conditions, risk hazards, etc.
5. Provides ad-hoc inventory and stores support to Fly Jinnah as per adopted procedures.
6. Ensures all tools and equipment to be used for maintenance are always checked and kept serviceable, coordinates with local vendors on tools and parts repair as 
necessary.
7. Ensures all issued-un-used parts are credited back to stock system and returned to the main stores as per Company’s procedures.
8. Assists with logistics arrangements for parts delivery to and from Fly Jinnah store. Coordinates with respective departments on receiving engines, APUs as well as 
on handling dangerous goods.
9. Coordinate with clearing agents and customs for timely delivery of goods.
10. Performs any other duties as advised by the respective Line Manager.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

Minimum bachelors in management or any other relevant field,

Work Experience

4+ years of experience out of which 2 years in aviation.
