Job Purpose:


To support the growth of Cozmo Travel’s retail sales and market presence by effectively promoting and executing daily sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1- Sales Execution

 

  • Proactively promote Cozmo Travel’s products and services to walk-in and potential customers.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and branch sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions to maximize sales opportunities.

2- Customer Service

 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 

3- Operational Efficiency

 

  • Execute daily sales and service operations in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, bookings, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of travel arrangements.

 

4- Market Awareness

 

  • Stay updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands.

 

5- Team Collaboration

 

  • Work closely with team members to achieve branch goals and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills.

 

6- Compliance and Reporting

 

  • Adhere to company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

7- Operational excellence

  • Follow established processes and procedures to streamline workflow and optimize efficiency in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings and payments.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Move to any branch/department and perform any other duties as instructed by the Management based on business requirements.

Personal Qualities:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Display a genuine passion for travel.
  • Must be an Arabic speaker with fluency in English (Written & Verbal).


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Management.
  • Specialization in Travel and Tourism is an advantage.
  • IATA certification.

 

Experience:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a Travel Industry.
  • Previous experience working as a Retail Travel Consultant or in a similar role with a travel company/agency.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems GDS (Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus) is a must.
