Job Purpose:
To deliver expert travel consultation services directly from the client’s office, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements tailored to employees (Corporate) needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client-Facing Travel Services
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s travel needs, delivering personalized and efficient service.
- Understand and adhere to the employees travel preferences to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Provide expert consultation on travel options including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visa requirements.
2. Booking & Itinerary Management
- Manage end-to-end travel bookings using GDS (preferably Galileo), ensuring accuracy and cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure optimal travel arrangements.
- Monitor and manage changes, cancellations, and disruptions with professionalism and urgency.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the employees.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
4. Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes.
- Implement efficient workflows to reduce errors and improve turnaround time.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to the management.
5. Visa Consultation Services
- Provide expert guidance on global visa requirements, documentation, and application processes for various destinations.
- Coordinate with visa service providers to ensure timely and compliant processing.
- Stay updated on international travel regulations and proactively communicate changes to clients and stakeholders.

- Fluent in Chinese, Arabic and English (written & verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a corporate or implant setting.
- Advanced proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Experience handling complex itineraries and working with multinational clients.
