Job Purpose:
To drive brand visibility and engagement by executing strategic social media campaigns, optimizing content, and managing platform communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Media Planning & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement targeted media campaigns across social platforms.
- Align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics for optimal results.
2- Social Media Marketing
- Manage day-to-day activities across all social media channels.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
- Foster community engagement through timely responses and interactions.
3- Content Creation & Writing
- Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for social media posts.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce multimedia content.
- Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all communications.
4- Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Optimize content for reach, engagement, and SEO.
- Use analytics tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Implement best practices for hashtags, timing, and platform algorithms.
5- Operational Excellence
- Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital touch-points.
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for management.
- Stay updated with trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing.
- Optimize performance using analytics and generate regular reports for improvement.

- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
