Job Purpose

Role:

Shall contribute to maximizing Corporate sales and market share of Cozmo Travel’s sales through efficiently promoting and executing day-to-day sales and customer services of corresponding branch to achieve set targets and objectives, thereby enhancing customer experience and increasing sales.

Key Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.

Dimensions

  • Proven experience in closing deals and contract negotiation.

  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis and research.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales, preferably in Doha.
