Job Purpose:

 

Lead sales efforts, driving revenue growth and fostering relationships. Inspire team to deliver exceptional service, connecting travelers with transformative experiences worldwide. Primarily focused on Corporate Sales, but to include B2B and Leisure opportunities where relevant.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the travel industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate accounts, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.
