Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the design, development, and management of corporate leisure travel products. The role involves ensuring smooth operational execution, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic product offerings. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize service delivery and meet client needs

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Product Development & Management:

    1. Design, develop, and optimize travel packages tailored to corporate leisure clients.
    2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and customize product offerings.
    3. Maintain an updated portfolio of services, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
    4. Ensure alignment of corporate leisure products with client expectations and company goals.

Operations Oversight:

    1. Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
    2. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service execution.
    3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and address any issues to optimize efficiency.

Client Relationship Management:

    1. Act as the primary point of contact for corporate leisure clients.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing them with tailored travel solutions.
    3. Gather client feedback and work on improving services accordingly.

 

 

 

Revenue Growth:

    1. Drive sales of corporate leisure products by working closely with the sales team.
    2. Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within the corporate leisure segment.
    3. Track and analyze sales performance to achieve revenue targets.

Supplier Management:

    1. Maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
    2. Ensure that supplier services align with the company's standards and client needs.

 

Operational Management:

 

  • Design and implement leisure products aligned with market trends and client needs.
  • Streamline operations for efficiency while ensuring high service quality through feedback and standards.
  • Establish KPIs for success, lead cross-functional teams, and foster a collaborative culture to meet organizational goals.

 

Management Reporting:

 

  • Report on the progress of ongoing projects, highlighting milestones, challenges, and resource needs.
  • Present financial reports, including revenue forecasts, budget variances, and profitability analysis for leisure products.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is desirable.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in corporate leisure travel, product development, and operations.
  • Extensive experience with outbound destinations and familiarity with international travel markets.
  • Proven track record of managing travel operations and delivering exceptional client service.
