Job Title: Junior Operation Specialist - Corporate Leisure

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of corporate leisure travel services. The role focuses on coordinating with internal teams, handling client bookings, ensuring operational efficiency, and assisting in delivering top-notch travel solutions for corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for travel and a strong focus on operational excellence

 

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

    1. Assist in managing daily travel operations for corporate leisure clients.
    2. Process and coordinate bookings, reservations, and itineraries for clients.
    3. Ensure all travel arrangements are completed on time and meet client expectations.
    4. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and services.

Client Interaction:

    1. Handle client inquiries, provide travel advice, and offer suitable travel solutions.
    2. Assist in maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients by offering excellent customer service.
    3. Gather client feedback and address any issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Team Collaboration:

    1. Work closely with the Senior Product & Operation Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
    2. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
    3. Assist in internal communication and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

Supplier Coordination:

    1. Liaise with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other partners to ensure smooth execution of services.
    2. Monitor and follow up on service delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations.

 

Problem-Solving:

    1. Assist in resolving operational challenges, including last-minute changes or emergencies.
    2. Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and service delivery.

 

Operational Management:

 

  • Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of leisure services and experiences.management, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in compiling reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and inventory management.

 

Management Reporting:

 

  • Collect and organize data from various sources to support reporting on project status, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Compile customer feedback and survey results to provide insights into service performance and areas for improvement.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Travel Management or related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the travel industry, particularly in corporate leisure operations.
  • Basic understanding of outbound destinations for GCC market .
