Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Cozmo Travel a leading Business Travel Management Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing corporate travel accounts by offering tailored travel solutions. This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential corporate clients for travel management services.

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

    • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and events.

  • Account Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

    • Understand client needs and tailor travel solutions accordingly.

    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet/exceed revenue targets.

    • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.

    • Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Product, Finance) to deliver seamless service.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.

    • Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 5+ years of Corporate Sales Experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel services and solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
