Job Title: Corporate Travel Consultant
Job Purpose:
To act as the primary point of contact for corporate travel clients, delivering outstanding service while driving revenue growth through expert travel consultation and efficient booking solutions. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements, nurturing client relationships, and achieving individual sales goals through strategic cross-selling and up-selling of travel products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison for corporate clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
- Understand client travel policies, preferences, and requirements to deliver tailored travel solutions.
2- Travel Consultation and Booking:
- Provide expert advice on travel options, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client policies.
- Utilize booking tools and global distribution systems (GDS) preferably Galileo to secure optimal travel itineraries.
3- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling of travel products and services.
- Identify opportunities to promote value-added services and travel upgrades to enhance client experience and increase revenue.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and client activity.
4- Problem Resolution and Support:
- Handle travel disruptions, changes, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
- Provide timely support and solutions to client issues, ensuring minimal impact on travel plans.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to resolve booking or service-related concerns.
5- Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about travel trends, airline policies, and destination updates.
- Maintain strong knowledge of travel products, loyalty programs, and corporate travel tools.
- Share insights and recommendations with clients to enhance their travel planning.
6- Operational excellence:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all travel bookings and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Implement efficient workflows to minimize errors and maximize productivity.
- Continuously monitor and improve service delivery standards.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
- IATA certification preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of work experience in Travel industry.
- GDS experience, preferable Galileo.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and in roster.
