Job Purpose:
To actively contribute to the growth of the leisure travel business (Outbound & Inbound) by generating sales, supporting retail and B2B divisions, and managing both short-term and long-term strategies. The role emphasizes on customer care, relationship management, and strategic development to ensure profitability and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Sales and Business Development
- Drive corporate leisure segment with a focus on global and regional accounts.
- Conduct regular visits to potential corporate clients to enhance loyalty and conversions.
- Generate and acquire sales through both online and offline channels.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure distribution of promotional materials to consumers and strategic partners.
2- Product Development and Marketing
- Prepare travel packages based on market demand.
- Coordinate with Marketing/B2C teams for promotion via social media.
- Develop and manage media plans including advertisements and marketing campaigns.
3- Operations and Contracting
- Handle domestic contracts with hotels and ground service providers in GCC countries.
- Support B2B division with hotel reservations and other operational needs.
- Manage day-to-day operations including financial reporting and payment processing.
4- Training and Team Support
- Conduct periodic training sessions for staff on leisure bookings and tour packages.
5- Working Relationships
Internal
- Collaborate with internal departments to align strategies and share market intelligence.
External
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- IATA certification (Basic in Fares & Ticketing).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leisure and travel agency.
- Proficiency in GDS systems such as Galileo and Sabre.
- Strong command of MS Office applications.
